Yes, every tier has a setup fee. We build real infrastructure up front - websites, CRM systems, automations, brand audits. This isn't a token onboarding charge. It's the foundation that makes everything else work. The setup phase is where we do the heavy lifting so your retainer delivers from month one.
You pay £1,341 every three months up front. That covers your content shoots, social media management, and performance reporting for the quarter. Non-negotiable - this is how we keep the price low and the service consistent.
Your £500 Starter setup fee credits toward the £2,500 Growth setup fee, so you'd only pay £2,000 to upgrade. This credit is valid for 12 months from your original start date.
A custom website, white-labelled CRM (GoHighLevel), email automations, brand audit, basic business automations, and social media foundations. This is a proper build phase - typically 2-4 weeks of work before your retainer begins.
Yes. That's project-based work and we're happy to do it. Website builds, brand identity, CRM setup - these can all be purchased as standalone projects. Get in touch and we'll scope it out.
